As women we ache for more. We long for intimacy, to be heard, and to be loved. The Uprising Women’s Ministry strives to create times and places where women can connect with one another and connect intimately with God, the Only one who can really fill the ache of our hearts.

Throughout the year we reach out to ladies within and without our church who are in need through house makeovers, helping with halo ministry (homeless ladies), preparing meals for those in need, etc…Life Crisis Center Makeover
The Ladies ministry, with the aid of a few gentlemen, participated in an event during which they remodeled a room in the Life Crisis Center--a place where battered women and children can go to seek refuge. The goal was to make the room a more welcoming and family-friendly environment and it was a success! Check out the photos below . . .
